When I began travelling in Norway, it became apparent to me that finding a package holiday that catered for families with children was almost impossible. Yet, Norway is a wonderful place to get children into the great outdoors, experiencing new activities and appreciating breath-taking scenery.
Voss lies in the kommune of Hordaland, just over 100 km east of Bergen and on the direct train line between Oslo and Bergen. It is located between two of the most beautiful fjords in Norway, Sognefjord and Hardangerfjord, making it an ideal location for those wishing to explore both the cities and the fjords.
